As a consistent further development of our WORKLIGHT series, this WORKLIGHT is an office pendant light for screen-based workstations, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and highly efficient, high-output LEDs and of course UGR ? 19. The light can be controlled via DALI. The WORKLIGHT is ready for direct connection to a 230V mains power supply thanks to its pre-installed driver and supply cable. This light contains integrated LED light bulbs.

• All in stock orders are dispatched on the day they are received if placed before 4pm.
• Standard delivery we will use Royal mail, which is usually around 2-5 working days delivery

We can also deliver into Europe and the rest of the world, but price is dependent on weight and dimensions. Price is variable and is given upon checkout. For next day delivery (at an additional charge), your order must be placed by 2pm Monday to Friday. Next day delivery does not include weekend delivery, and as such all orders placed next day on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, or if after 2pm will be delivered on Tuesday

Damages

If the item you ordered is damaged please advise us within the first 48 hours of receiving and we will collect and replace free of charge.

Cut Cable

As we sell cable by the metre, this often comes cut from a 100m reel. for this reason, cut cable is NON-RETURNABLE

How do I return?

• Email us at info@sparkswarehouse.com with the order number, which items you need to return and the reason.
• You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your return has been accepted 

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied, via the original method of payment, within 28 business days.
