The D2N/2/HI/WP200/R is supplied as a remote conversion kit
for mounting away from the fitting in damp locations. This kit
would be used in applications where space inside the fitting is
limited.  

A 3-hour DALI-2 self-test emergency lighting conversion kit
which operates with extra long life LiFePO4 batteries. The unit
is designed to suit an extremely wide range of LED types and
circuits. The D2N/2/HI/WP200/R automatically adjusts the
output LED current to provide the best match between the
battery and the load, providing maximum illumination whilst
ensuring full battery duration.

• All in stock orders are dispatched on the day they are received if placed before 4pm.
• Standard delivery we will use Royal mail, which is usually around 2-5 working days delivery
• On a courier delivery, which we will often use for larger items, deliver can be expected between 2 and 5 days from the point of order. If for any reason you order is set to take longer than this, we will contact you to keep you informed.
• The website will quote as close to the shipping price as we can, however in some circumstances, with some of the more remote areas of the UK, we will contact you and quote you a price once the order has been received 

We can also deliver into Europe and the rest of the world, but price is dependent on weight and dimensions. Price is variable and is given upon checkout. For next day delivery (at an additional charge), your order must be placed by 2pm Monday to Friday. Next day delivery does not include weekend delivery, and as such all orders placed next day on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, or if after 2pm will be delivered on Tuesday

If you order the wrong product, please inform us within 14 working days and we will advise you of the correct product and return procedures. Please note if this is the case, then responsibility and cost of returning this item is that of you the customer.

Damages

If the item you ordered is damaged please advise us within the first 48 hours of receiving and we will collect and replace free of charge.

Cut Cable

As we sell cable by the metre, this often comes cut from a 100m reel. for this reason, cut cable is NON-RETURNABLE

How do I return?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied, via the original method of payment, within 28 business days.
