All our products are backed by a no-nonsense guarantee:If you order the wrong product, please inform us within 7 working days and we will advise you of the correct product and return procedures. Please note if this is the case, then responsibility and cost of returning this item is that of you the customer.
DamagesIf the item you ordered is damaged please advise us within the first 48 hours of receiving and we will collect and replace free of charge.
As we sell cable by the metre, this often comes cut from a 100m reel. for this reason, cut cable is NON-RETURNABLE

How do I return?

How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied, via the original method of payment, within 21 business days.
