Ideal for providing a safe and simple method of isolating fan units in en-suite bathrooms, family bathrooms, utility rooms, store rooms etc. Often the fan unit will be wired into the lighting circuit for convenience and efficiency. With this kind of installation there is often a need to leave the lighting circuit live whilst isolating the fan for maintenance.

Damages and Missing Items

If you receive a product that has been damaged on delivery or missing from your delivery, we request that you report this to us within 48 hours. You can report a damage via the online returns system.

Once we have been notified you will initially be responsible for returning the goods, once your returned item is inspected, and providing the product has been returned as required, you may be issued with a refund for the carriage cost incurred.

How do I return?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
