MST - Technical Specification

The MST is a complete quick & easy solution for LED mains/emergency applications with the additional benefits of being a Self-Test unit, designed to be used as a standalone unit and able to pass through a 40mm cut out. The module is connected to the mains battery & LED with a simple irreversible plug & socket arrangements, for ease of installation. The unit is supplied with a 3.6v 4Ah Nickel Cadmium Battery Pack.

The integral micro-processor within the MST module automatically carries out the tests in accordance with BS5266. If the tests reveal a fault, then the bi-coloured LED indicator flashes, thereby identifying the type of fault that has occurred. One of the features of the MST, if used in the maintained mode, is its ability to automatically delay the test until the normal lighting is switched off (ie outside normal working hours).

After the initial installation and the battery has been connected, the unit will conduct a full duration commissioning test after 48 hours. If a mains failure occurs within the 24 hours prior to any test being carried out, the test will be averted for a further 24 hours . In the event of a mains failure during the test, the test will continue uninterrupted. The unit carries out a 2 minute functional test ever month with a full duration test every 12 months.

Liteplan holds ISO 9000 accreditation for the appropriate categories of emergency lighting supplied by the Company. All luminaires that Liteplan supplies to the European Market are designed to comply with all of the requirements of BS EN 60598-2-22.

• All in stock orders are dispatched on the day they are received if placed before 4pm.
• Standard delivery we will use Royal mail, which is usually around 2-5 working days delivery
• On a courier delivery, which we will often use for larger items, deliver can be expected between 2 and 5 days from the point of order. If for any reason you order is set to take longer than this, we will contact you to keep you informed.
• The website will quote as close to the shipping price as we can, however in some circumstances, with some of the more remote areas of the UK, we will contact you and quote you a price once the order has been received 

We can also deliver into Europe and the rest of the world, but price is dependent on weight and dimensions. Price is variable and is given upon checkout. For next day delivery (at an additional charge), your order must be placed by 2pm Monday to Friday. Next day delivery does not include weekend delivery, and as such all orders placed next day on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, or if after 2pm will be delivered on Tuesday

If you order the wrong product, please inform us within 14 working days and we will advise you of the correct product and return procedures. Please note if this is the case, then responsibility and cost of returning this item is that of you the customer.

Damages

If the item you ordered is damaged please advise us within the first 48 hours of receiving and we will collect and replace free of charge.

Cut Cable

As we sell cable by the metre, this often comes cut from a 100m reel. for this reason, cut cable is NON-RETURNABLE

How do I return?

• Email us at info@sparkswarehouse.com with the order number, which items you need to return and the reason.
• You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your return has been accepted 

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied, via the original method of payment, within 28 business days.
