The BG FBNBTS1 is part of the BG Nexus Flat Plate Screwless Black Nickel range.

The BG Nexus Screwless Flat Plate FBNBTS1 is a 1 Gang telephone slave socket, finished in black nickel. All the BG Screwless Flat plate sockets have an ultra slim profile with a screwless easy clip on/off front plate and have a lightly lacquered surface to help reduce fingerprint marks.

The BG Nexus screwless range have a full grid and Euro module system to match.

Damages and Missing Items

If you receive a product that has been damaged on delivery or missing from your delivery, we request that you report this to us within 48 hours. You can report a damage via the online returns system.

Once we have been notified you will initially be responsible for returning the goods, once your returned item is inspected, and providing the product has been returned as required, you may be issued with a refund for the carriage cost incurred.

How do I return?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied, via the original method of payment, within 28 business days.
