Specification / Technical Information

We produce a range of inverter units suitable for operating fluorescent lamps from low voltage AC or DC supplies, including central battery systems of 24 Volts, 50 Volts and 110 Volts and fluorescent lamps from 4 Watts to 100 Watts.

All inverters incorporate our Perferm™ technology to ensure good lamp life and correct operation with low mercury fluorescent lamps and sine-wave output to prolong lamp cathode life and prevent unpleasant visual lamp effects.

They are designed to comply with the European product standards EN50172, EN55015, EN 61547 and EN 61000.3.2 and are produced in our UK manufacturing plant which is registered to BS EN ISO9001:2000 by BSI.

AC hold-off relay are used to convert normal mains luminaires to emergency luminaires by switching the lamp from the normal mains control gear to the inverter output when the un-switched monitored mains supply fails.

  • All in stock orders are dispatched on the day they are received if placed before 4pm.
  • Standard delivery we will use Royal mail, which is usually around 2-5 working days delivery
  • On a courier delivery, which we will often use for larger items, deliver can be expected between 2 and 5 days from the point of order. If for any reason you order is set to take longer than this, we will contact you to keep you informed.
  • The website will quote as close to the shipping price as we can, however in some circumstances, with some of the more remote areas of the UK, we will contact you and quote you a price once the order has been received 

We can also deliver into Europe and the rest of the world, but price is dependent on weight and dimensions. Price is variable and is given upon checkout. For next day delivery (at an additional charge), your order must be placed by 2pm Monday to Friday. Next day delivery does not include weekend delivery, and as such all orders placed next day on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, or if after 2pm will be delivered on Tuesday

If you order the wrong product, please inform us within 14 working days and we will advise you of the correct product and return procedures. Please note if this is the case, then responsibility and cost of returning this item is that of you the customer.

Damages

If the item you ordered is damaged please advise us within the first 48 hours of receiving and we will collect and replace free of charge.

Cut Cable

As we sell cable by the metre, this often comes cut from a 100m reel. for this reason, cut cable is NON-RETURNABLE
