Kosnic’s Orda II LED Emergency Twin-Spot is a self-contained, high-power, robust, non-maintained emergency lighting solution available as either standard or self-test versions. The Orda II LED Emergency Twin-Spot has two adjustable directional spotlights providing emergency illumination along exit routes for three hours during a power cut. Typical applications include warehouses, factories, industrial sites and long corridors.

• All in stock orders are dispatched on the day they are received if placed before 4pm.
• Standard delivery we will use Royal mail, which is usually around 2-5 working days delivery

For next day delivery (at an additional charge), your order must be placed by 2pm Monday to Friday. Next day delivery does not include weekend delivery, and as such all orders placed next day on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, or if after 2pm will be delivered on Tuesday

Damages

If the item you ordered is damaged please advise us within the first 48 hours of receiving and we will collect and replace free of charge.

Cut Cable

As we sell cable by the metre, this often comes cut from a 100m reel. for this reason, cut cable is NON-RETURNABLE

How do I return?

• Email us at info@sparkswarehouse.com with the order number, which items you need to return and the reason.
• You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your return has been accepted 

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied, via the original method of payment, within 28 business days.
